Swedish royals welcome Greek President

Zwedengriekenlandrpe_8959_2 The King and Queen of Sweden welcomed the President of Greece, Karolos Papoulias, to Stockholm on Tuesday. The Greek president has been in office since March 2005 for a five year term. He succeeded Mr. Konstantinos Stephanopoulos.

Zwedenrpe_6770_2 Mr. Karolos Papoulias will visit Stockholm and Gothenburg during his three day stay in Sweden.

Zwedgriekrpe_6744_2 At the royal palace in the heart of the Swedish capital he was greeted by the royal couple and Crown Princess Victoria, who patiently waited in the drizzle for his arrival.
