Rain or shine: the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh at a Garden Party in Buckingham Palace, Tuesday.
More than 5,000 guests were in the Queen's gardens when thunderstorms struck Buckingham Palace. Some guests were beckoned by the Queen to take shelter in her tent; afterwards staff noticed that priceless silverware en cutlery were missing. © GPD AP

An act of kindness was repayed with stealing from Her Majesty. How tragic indeed! Perhaps Her guests need to be screened rather closely. We complain about the royal family, but when they attempt to act rather normal, you see what happens. This will dampen Her spirits toward future garden parties, possibly to discontinue them. Who is responsible for this? The supposed "normal" people we want them to imitate. Rubbish!!
