Prince Hitachi of Japan and Princess Hanako arrived in Bolivia to mark the 110th anniversary of Japanese migration to the South American country. The Japanese royal couple earlier visited neighbouring Peru for a similar commemoration. The younger brother of Emperor Akihito, and his wife Masahito Hitachi, Princess Hanako, arrived at Viru Viru airport in the eastern city of Santa Cruz. They were met by local authorities.
