Christian gives Frederik & Mary hand full

Little prince Christian showed determination and showmanship on his way to and from the christening service of his cousin Prince Henrik.

Danish Crown Prince Frederik and his Australia born wife Crown Princess Mary had their hands full reigning in the exuburant youngster.

Their parental guidance was of course hampered by the media, who enjoyed the antics of Prince Christian, after his father Frederik second in line for Denmark's ancient throne. Christian clearly enjoyed all the attention, but kept up a brisk pace on his way to the church.

Frederik had to use some persuasion to recall Christian, so that a family picture could be taken. But the young prince had little patience, and quickly went off into the church.

Princess Mary had less trouble with her daughter Isabella, who preferred to cover the few metres from car to church on her mother's arm.
