Luxembourg's Grand Duke Henri will administer the oath of office from the grandduchy's new cabinet at his residence Berg castle. Luxembourg veteran Prime Minister, Jean Claude Juncker, will present his fifth government at the palace Thursday afternoon, a spokesman for the Grand Duke announced.
Earlier in the day the Grand Duke will receive the three outgoing ministers and will present decorations in the Order of Adolph of Nassau to members of the government.
Luxembourg went to the polls early June, with Juncker's Christian Democrats coming out on top. Juncker is the longest-serving prime minister in the European Union. He is expected to continue to preside over the group of 16 nations using the euro currency. © GPD
