No less than eight members of the Dutch royal family will attend the wedding of Crown Princess Victoria and Daniel Westling on June 19, the Dutch court announced Tuesday. It is the largest representation of the Dutch royal family at any recent royal wedding.
Queen Beatrix, godmother to Crown Princess Victoria, will be accompanied by all three of her sons: Willem-Alexander, Friso and Constantijn, along with their spouses Princesses Máxima, Mabel and Laurentien. Also attending is Princess Amalia, eldest daugther of Willem-Alexander and godchild of Crown Princess Victoria.
She is one of the bridesmaids, a role to which she is very much looking forward, the court disclosed. © GPD
