Doctors at the University Hospital in Innsbruck have given Belgium's Prince Laurent clearance to leave the hospital Thursday afternoon, a Palace spokesman told the Belgian news agency Belga. The prince will be able to rejoin his family who is in nearby Lermoos. He also has the go ahead to drive home by car on Saturday.
Prince Laurent, 49, collided with another skier on Tuesday and was taken to hospital for internal test after he suffered some internal bleeding near the liver. The tests did not show any serious damage or potential health problems. © RB
