Princess Cecilia christened in Piacenza

Princess Cecilia of Bourbon-Parma will be baptized in the baptismal chapel of the Cathedral of Piacenza in northern Italy, Saturday. The princess is the second daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Parma and Piacenza, Prince Carlos of Bourbon-Parma and Princess Annemarie. Their elder daughter Princess Luisa Irene was christened in Parma in 2012.

It is thought that former queen Beatrix of the Netherlands might attend, as the princess had her name as one of her baptismal names. No guest list has been released ahead of the service. © RB
